Mixed Feelings About My Stay

uneven stairsstained blanket
The stairs were a real issue. They are narrow and uneven, posing a risk especially when carrying luggage to the upper floors. The shower floor also showed discoloration. It did not appear clean. I asked for an extra blanket, only to receive one with noticeable stains. This was not acceptable.

I found the breakfast to be really good. There was really nice quality bacon and sausages. The continental side offered a lot of variety. The staff were also super friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable, I was impressed.
My room was way too hot, even with the radiator turned off. The windows needed to be open, but that did not help. The noise from people shouting all night outside made it hard to sleep. I won't come back because of it.
